A Unique Approach
The techniques that I use are Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Narrative Therapy. They are two of the most holistic methods of healing that I can offer you. Narrative therapy focuses on uncovering the stories we form about ourselves and our power to rewrite the destructive ones. Cognitive Processing Therapy offers concrete techniques to change mal-adaptive beliefs, thoughts, and actions that get in the way of living the highest quality of life possible.
Using these therapeutic approaches I will help you assimilate traumatic events into your life, reduce emotional distress, identify mal-adaptive ways of thinking, build healthy coping skills, embrace your strengths, and develop practices that put your life back into your hands!
